1. Information We Collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect your full name, email address, subject, and message. When you book a discovery call, we also collect your preferred date and time and any optional note you provide.

2. How We Use Your Information

Contact form data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. Booking data is used to schedule a call, send confirmation emails (including a calendar invite), and create the corresponding event on our Google Calendar. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing, except as required by law or as needed to operate scheduling (see Third-Party Services).

3. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained in email as long as needed to respond. Booking records are stored on our web server in a protected file and as calendar events in Google Calendar, and may also appear in confirmation emails. You may request deletion of booking records by contacting us.

4. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A temporary session cookie may be used only during the site owner's one-time Google Calendar connection process and is not used for visitor tracking.

5. Third-Party Services

This website loads fonts and icons from Google Fonts and Google Material Symbols, and Tailwind CSS from a CDN. These services may log your IP address as part of normal server operations. Scheduling uses the Google Calendar API: when you book a call, your name, email, and appointment details are sent to Google to create a calendar event and may trigger Google's invitation emails. Please refer to Google's privacy policy for details.
